Try this:
Option 1 - Just open the game and save at any point, the game created the SAVE FOLDER automatically.Option 2 - Create the Save Folder manually and copy the saves in it.
The save file needs to be X-X-LT1.save to work. So if your previous saves or any downloaded saves looks like 157349_2-4-LT1.save (for example) rename it to 2-4-LT1.save, place it in the game\saves folder and you should be fine.
